Terms & Conditions

1. PURCHASE

When ordering the agreement for the purchase is concluded the moment revahome.com confirms the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by revahome.com. You always have the right to cancel the purchase at no charge until the article(s) has been shipped. Revahome.com have ownership and withdrawal rights to all articles until the customer has made full payment. You must be 18 years or older to shop at revahome.com and revahome.com must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

 

2. PRICE

Prices include 25% VAT for orders. Following order confirmation, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond revahome.com's control. Revahome.com make reservations for any errors in pricing. No service charges will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no charge.

 

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Free shipping in Sweden.

At the moment we only deliver in Sweden. Please contact info@revahome.com for deliveries outside Sweden.

Shipments are made from our warehouse. Deliveries within Sweden are made with the Swedish national post system (to specified delivery address or nearest collection point).

Delivery time is generally 1-3 working days but depends on where the item will be delivered and the local postal service.

To retailers, delivery is made via DHL/ TNT. Deliveries to the European markets are sent by mail/DHL.

 

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS / PAYMENT CONDITIONS

4.1 Credit cards

We use PayPal as card provider. Read more about rules and safety here: www.paypal.com.

4.2 Invoice

Unfortunately we have no opportunity to offer private customers payment through invoice, however, we offer this to our retailers. Please email us at: info@revahome.com.

 

5. DELIVERIES

Orders placed before 11:00 am will be handled the same day and are normally delivered within 1-3 days.

We make reservations for stock items being sold out before we had the chance to update the online shop. If this is the case we will contact the customers with a new estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase at no charge if the item is out of stock. A RevaHome.com selected carrier delivers the parcels to collection point.

 

6. DELAYED DELIVERIES

Occasionally, delivery delays beyond our control occur. It may e.g. occur when a supplier is unable to meet its delivery obligations to us, or because of any other reason at our carrier. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage this delay has accomplished.

 

7. TRANSPORT RISK

Revahome.com is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and the carrier are responsible for the transport risk in the event of returning goods to us.

 

8. DEFECTIVE GOODS

When you receive your parcel, it is important to check that the articles are not damaged. If an article is damaged or faulty please send an email to: info@revahome.com within seven days from receiving the parcel.

 

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

A reflection period of 14 days is applicable to your purchases when you are a private customer according to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts. This means you have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you received the goods if the article(s) can be returned in its original package and with unbroken seal. If you decide to return the articles, the shipping costs incurred for returning these articles will be borne by you. This applies only if the article is returned in its original package and with unbroken seal.

Once opened, a package can not be returned since bedding, duvets, pillows, mattresses and protections are considered hygiene articles.

10. CLAIMS

If you receive an article containing a defect or a wrong article, you should contact us via email for further instructions. Contact us via email: info@revahome.com before sending the goods. Enclose the invoice/receipt with the article(s) you wish to complain about. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In case of disagreement, we always follow ARN's (The National Board for Consumer Disputes) recommendations.

 

11. REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the purchase and are made as soon as possible from the date we have received and accepted the return, but always within 30 days.

 

12. RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right for changes in pricing due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about exceptions in Force Majeure below (15.).

 

13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By registering and ordering, you are also permitting us at the same time to store and use your personal data in our business in order to pursue and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act) you are entitled at all times to consult and correct your personal data or to have it removed from our customer database. If this is the case, please contact our customer service by phone or via email: info@revahome.com. We also ensure that the personal data provided by you will not be shared with a third party for commercial purposes.

 

14. ORDERS NOT PICKED UP

If your parcel arrives at a collection point you will be notified via email or text. You as a customer are responsible to provide the correct mobile phone number, delivery address and email address.

If you do not pick up your parcel you will be charged an administrative fee of 350 SEK.

 

15. FORCE MAJEURE

The obligations of revahome.com will be suspended in a situation involving force majeure. Situations that involve force majeure are war, natural disasters, strike, government decisions and similar events beyond our control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, and affect the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not fulfil said agreements.
